Money Hungry

In the book (the other) Wes came to a situation where he had decided to sell this man “rocks”. Wes said he had a feeling that the man was a cop just by what he said and by what he looked like. The man walked up to Wes’s car and said, “Do you know where I can get some rocks?” Wes didn’t want to sell to the man but he was money hungry I would do the same thing because I also like money.  Even though Wes already had so much money he didn’t want to pass up $20 from the man. For me that’s just a little extreme just for $20. I could see if it was $120 then I couldn’t pass that up. Wes’s already had close to $500 just to go to the theater. To be able to take them risks you must really be money hungry.  No matter how money hungry I am I wouldn’t be able to take such risks as that. That’s how Wes and me differ.

  1. Wow! That was very insightful!!!! As they say, money is the root of all evil. You have to be very careful, not to let money make you do things that you know are wrong. No matter how appetizing they may seem.
